Analytical Methods and Requirements. Information regarding the extraction, digestion, and analytical methodologies can be found in Pace Analytical’s Quality Assurance Manual (QAM), included electronically in Appendix D. Methods for metals can be found on page 13 of Appendix V of the QAM and semi-volatiles on page 21 of Appendix VII. Laboratory data is typically received within five business days of the laboratory’s receipt of the samples. However, for the purposes of this project, the air samples will rushed for analysis with an anticipated turnaround time of one day.

Analytical Methods and Requirements. This section discusses the analytical methods and requirements for samples collected in support of this sampling program. This section includes detailed information on the analysis of duff and and tree bark, as well as the data reporting requirements, sample holding times, and custody procedures. An analytical requirements summary sheet (NEFOREST-0812), which details the specific preparation and analytical requirements associated with this sampling program, is provided in Appendix D. The analytical requirements summary sheet will be reviewed and approved by all participating laboratories in this sampling program prior to any sample handling. A copy of this analytical requirements summary sheet will be submitted with each COC. The personal air samples collected for the on-going health and safety monitoring will be analyzed in accordance with the Response Action SAP (CDM Xxxxx 2011). In brief, air samples will be prepared and analyzed by PCM in accordance with NIOSH Method 7400, Issue 2.

Extendicare shall screen all prospective Covered Persons against the Exclusion Lists prior to engaging their services and, as part of the hiring or contracting process, shall require such Covered Persons to disclose whether they are Ineligible Persons. b. Extendicare shall screen all Covered Persons against the Exclusion Lists within 90 days after the Effective Date and on an annual basis thereafter. c. Extendicare shall implement a policy requiring all Covered Persons to disclose immediately any debarment, exclusion, suspension, or other event that makes that person an Ineligible Person. Nothing in Section III.G affects Extendicare’s responsibility to refrain from (or its liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by excluded persons. Extendicare understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Extendicare may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Extendicare meets the requirements of Section III.G.

  • Technical Requirements Signaling Link Transport shall consist of full duplex mode 56 kbps transmission paths and shall perform in the following two ways:

  • Customer Requirements Customer will be required to maintain complex passwords for their User accounts where applicable. For any such passwords LightEdge will provide a secure URL that any User can access to change passwords. All User passwords are set to a ninety (90) day password expiration schedule by default. LightEdge is not responsible for unexpected use of Services whether by ex-employees, compromised User passwords or any other misuse of Customer accounts. Customer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by such unexpected use of Service. Customer shall be fully responsible for providing to LightEdge at Customer’s own expense and in a timely manner the following: - All security for its Services and systems used or accessible in connection with Service; - Cooperative testing of all Customer-provided hardware, software, and Services for compatibility with Service; - Designating an Authorized Contact(s) to be the point of contact to interface with LightEdge Technical Support; - All cabling necessary to support Service; and - Physical and remote management access to any and all Servers onto which Service is installed.

  • Export Requirements The Program, Documentation and all related technical information or materials are subject to export controls and U.S. Government export regulations. You will comply strictly with all legal requirements established under these controls and will not, in connection with its limited evaluation rights hereunder, export, re-export, divert, transfer or disclose, directly or indirectly the Program, Documentation and any related technical information or materials without the prior approval of the U.S.

  • Training Requirements Grantee will: A. Authorize and require staff (including volunteers) to attend training, conferences, and meetings as directed by DSHS. B. Appropriately budget funds to meet training requirements in a timely manner, and ensure staff and volunteers are trained as specified in the training requirements listed at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/hivstd/training/ and as otherwise specified by DSHS. Grantee shall document that these training requirements are met. C. Follow the appropriate DSHS POPS by funding opportunity (as per Section I: General Requirements for All Grantees) for training and observation requirements.

  • Accounting System Requirement The Contractor shall maintain an adequate system of accounting and internal controls that meets Generally Accepted Accounting Principles or “GAAP.”
