Archival Requirements. 57.3.1 The Service Provider agrees to comply with, and to follow any reasonable directions by Health which are relevant to, any applicable Commonwealth, State or Territory legislation relating to archival requirements. 57.3.2 The Service Provider must maintain all accounts and records in relation to this Services Agreement for the Term and for a period of seven (7) years after the date of expiry or termination of this Services Agreement.
