Personnel Requirements a. The CONTRACTOR shall secure, at the CONTRACTOR'S own expense, all personnel required to perform this Contract. b. The CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the CONTRACTOR'S employees or agents are experienced and fully qualified to engage in the activities and perform the services required under this Contract, and that all applicable licensing and operating requirements imposed or required under federal, state, or county law, and all applicable accreditation and other standards of quality generally accepted in the field of the activities of such employees and agents are complied with and satisfied.

Personnel Requirements. A. The Contractor shall provide the following points of contact: 1) The Contractor shall assign a lead point of contact or supervisor with whom the County may consult with regarding contract performance, service requests, project status updates, and other contractual matters throughout the entire contract term. Contact information shall include a valid e-mail address and phone number. 2) The Contractor shall provide a twenty-four (24) hour point of contact with a staffed telephone number that the County may contact for non- emergency and emergency service requests during standard and non- standard hours. The Contractor shall, within 24 hours, notify the Contract Administrator if there is a change in any points of contact and/or contact information. The Contractor shall provide the updated information to the County at the time of notification. All points of contact shall have the capability to receive communication via telephone, e-mail, and facsimile. B. The Contractor shall provide a list of plumbing technicians by name and title who will perform the scope specified herein. This list shall include the technicians’ full name, working title as specified below, years of plumbing repair experience, license number, and license expiration date (where applicable). The list shall be submitted within ten (10) business days of contract award and prior to performance of work. Copies of the qualifying licenses for each employee shall be included with the list submission where applicable. All personnel assigned to this contract shall be legally able to perform the assigned tasks in the State of Florida and Orange County.

Initial training or refresher training must be completed within the three years prior to that person delivering any Services at any point in time. e. The Contractor will ensure that the Flight Crew and Crewpersons who are working in a multi-crew environment in the delivery of the Services have undergone training in Crew Resource Management specific to multi-crew operations with a provider and to a syllabus acceptable to NAFC. f. The Contractor will ensure that the Flight Crew, Crewpersons and other key Personnel involved with the delivery of Rotary Wing Services or self-filling Fixed Wing Firebombing Services, have successfully completed a course in Aircraft Underwater Escape Training (AUET) with a provider and to a syllabus acceptable to NAFC. Initial AUET training or refresher training must be successfully completed within the three years prior to that person delivering any Services at any point in time. g. The Contractor will ensure that Flight Crew, Crewpersons, the Refuelling Operator (if applicable) and any other Personnel that may assist with providing or maintaining the Services at a location where there is a risk of bushfire occurring have completed an accredited course in Basic Wildfire Awareness (VRQA Code 22288VIC). h. The Contractor will ensure that, unless specially exempted by NAFC, all relevant Personnel ...

Personnel Requirements. A-E will be required to provide full-time or part-time Resident Engineers and Office Engineers, licensed civil engineers in the State of California, Construction Inspectors, and Labor Compliance Specialists as required by the scope of each Task Order. The A-E shall provide the necessary personnel, inspection staff, equipment and transportation to facilitate the performance of the intended engineering and inspection services. Consultants must have experience, knowledge, and familiarity with Public Works Construction Management Services to include all County department projects, but not necessarily be limited to: Public Works Construction Inspection, Public Works Construction Management, Public Works Construction Contract Administration, and OC Waste & Recycling (Landfill) Projects.
