Area affected definition

Area affected means the area of land from which overburden is to be or has been removed and upon which spoil is to be or has been deposited. It also includes areas of land, other than public roads, that are physically altered, impacted, or disturbed in the process of surface mining or rock harvesting;

  • Affected area means a geographical area, excluding the property of the Development;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.
