Area Calculations a. Carpet Area of Apartment: The carpet area for the Apartment or any other apartment shall mean the net usable floor area of such Apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, and exclusive balcony but includes the area covered by internal partition walls of the Apartment.
b. Balcony Area: The net usable area of the exclusive covered balcony/ies (if any) attached to the Apartment.
Area Calculations. All calculations of Usable Area and Net Rentable Area under this Lease will be made in accordance with the following definitions:

Carpet Area of Residential Complex/ Flats: The carpet area for the unit or any other units shall mean the net usable floor area of such Villa, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, and exclusive balcony but includes the area covered by internal partition walls of the Residential Complex/ Flats.
b. Balcony Area: The net usable area of the exclusive covered balcony/ies (if any) attached to the Residential Complex/ Flats.
Area Calculations. Whenever energy efficiency improvements are recommended, the Energy Specialist will draw a diagram of the home and calculate area and volume. All measurements shall be made to the nearest six inches. Wall insulation measurements will be gross measurements and therefore subtraction of windows and doors will not be needed.
Area Calculations. Any statement of square footage or acreage set forth in this Lease or that may have been used in calculating Rent or any other charges payable by Tenant is an approximation that Landlord and Tenant agree is reasonable and is not subject to revision or adjustment whether the actual square footage is more or less.

(i) Carpet Area of Apartment/ Retail Unit/Servant Quater: The carpet area for the Apartment/ Retail Unit/Servant Quater or any other apartment/ retail unit/servant quater shall mean the net usable floor area of such apartment/ retail unit/servant quater, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, and exclusive balcony but includes the area covered by internal partition walls of the Apartment/ Retail Unit/Servant Quater.
(ii) Balcony Area: The net usable area of the exclusive covered balcony/ies (if any) attached to the apartment/ retail unit.
