Common use of AREA DESIGNATION Clause in Contracts

AREA DESIGNATION. The Counties of Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince Xxxxxxx, and the Cities of Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and Manassas Park, hereinafter referred to as the parties, jointly apply for designation as a Workforce Development Area.
