Areas for Evaluation. The IDP includes the following areas for evaluation: instruction/primary work activity; service to department/division, college, and district; and professional development. Evidence for each annual IDP shall only include activities from the one-year period of the IDP.
Areas for Evaluation. To complete an FEP, each Residential Faculty must engage in a self-examination of the three Required Areas and at least two of the Elective Areas. Examples of the following areas can be found in the Faculty Evaluation Plan guidelines.
Areas for Evaluation. 13.2.1 Unit members with instructional duties shall be evaluated in the following areas as prescribed by the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP): (I) Engaging and supporting all students in learning; (II) Creating and maintaining effective environments for student learning; (III) Understanding and organizing subject matter for student learning; (IV) Planning instruction and designing learning experiences for all students; (V) Assessing student learning; (VI) Developing as a professional educator. 13.2.2 Evaluation of unit members with non-instructional duties and responsibilities, including supervisory duties, shall be evaluated separately in accordance with their assignments but within the timelines and procedures as established in this article. 13.2.2.1 Teachers on Special Assignment (TOSAs) shall use Alternative Evaluation as per Article 13.4. 13.2.2.2 Counselors shall use alternative forms (Exhibit G) based on the California Standards for the School Counseling Profession.
