Common use of ARPA Funds Clause in Contracts

ARPA Funds. The City agrees to provide the Subrecipient a total sum not to exceed $1,000,000 within 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement to be used for qualifying expenses under the Final Rule related to the development of a business incubator program on the condition that the funds are completely spent no later than December 31, 2024.
