Arrangements for Visiting Officials. When, in the circumstances provided for by this Agreement, officials of the customs administration of one Party are present in the territory of the other Party, they must at all times be able to furnish proof of their official capacity. They shall, while there, enjoy the protection accorded to customs officials of that other Party, in accordance with the domestic law in force there. They shall not be in uniform nor carry arms.
