Training and Orientation. (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction.
(b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.

The Employer will also make available information, manuals and procedures for these purposes. The Employer will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days’ notice of such training sessions. Where the Employer has deemed the training or orientation session to be mandatory, employees shall be granted leave without loss of pay or receive straight-time regular wages while attending such session(s) with a minimum two (2) hours pay.
