Common use of ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS. The Company agrees to permit posting of any notice of Union meetings or functions on a Bulletin Board conspicuously placed and provided for that purpose provided they are authorized and signed by an officer of the Local Union.

The Company Employer agrees to permit posting of any notice of Union meetings or functions on a Bulletin Board bulletin board conspicuously placed and provided for that purpose provided they are authorized and signed by purpose. The notice must have prior approval of management, unless it is an officer of the Local UnionOfficial Union Notice.

It is agreed, however, that before posting of any notice of Union meetings such notices must first be approved in writing by the General Manager or functions on a Bulletin Board conspicuously placed and provided for that purpose provided they are authorized and signed person designated by an officer of the Local Unionhim.
