Bulletin Board Space. 34.01 The Employer shall provide bulletin boards to be placed in reasonably accessible locations upon which designated space shall be provided where the Union may be permitted to post notices of meetings and other such notices which may be of interest to Employees. It is not the intention of the Union to post anything objectionable to the Employer.
Bulletin Board Space. The City shall provide reasonable space on bulletin boards for official Union notices of a non-controversial nature at each central work area.
Bulletin Board Space. The employer shall provide bulletin board space in a reasonable location clearly identified for the use of the union for posting notices pertaining to elections, appointments, meeting dates, news items, and affairs.
Bulletin Board Space. The Employer agrees to furnish and maintain reasonable bulletin board space in each work site. These bulletin boards shall be placed in a readily accessible work area and the space designated herein shall be for the exclusive use of the Union.
Bulletin Board Space. The Board agrees to provide at least a 2' x 3' designated bulletin board space specifically and solely for Union use, and for Union Information at each location where bargaining unit members are assigned. Bulletin boards shall be used for the posting of the following:
1. Meeting Notices
2. Notices of Union social or recreational events
3. Union services
4. Union elections and appointments
5. Status reports from Union committees
6. Union programs
7. News clippings
8. Directories
9. Union newsletters
10. Job Information (Descriptions)
11. Seniority List (Excluding Salary and Social Security No.) Any other information to be posted must have the signed approval of the local Union President and the Director of Employee Relations. The posting of such notices shall not be arbitrarily denied.
Bulletin Board Space. The Special Investigative Unit shall provide bulletin board space at the Special Investigative Unit office for the posting of Association notices, which shall be accessible to the employees.
Bulletin Board Space. The Employer agrees to provide reasonable space for Union notices on existing bulletin boards that are used for the posting of employee notices. At worksites that do not have bulletin boards, the Union will provide a board of reasonable size, which the Employer will install. Any material that is placed on Union bulletin board space that is in any way detrimental to the labor-management relationship may be removed by either party.
Bulletin Board Space. The Association shall be provided bulletin board space in a place readily accessible to and normally frequented by all unit members in each work site for posting official notices and other official materials relating to Association activities.
Bulletin Board Space. The Employer agrees to provide space and install Union provided bulletin board(s) (one each on the North & South sides of the Yakima campus and one on the Grandview campus in Employer approved locations) for purposes of posting Union notices and job–related information. Said bulletin board will be located in an area where employees normally congregate and be maintained by the Union Chief Shop Xxxxxxx or designee. The Union agrees not to post any derogatory and/or inflammatory material or any notices or information which address partisan political materials. The Employer may at any time, with notice to the Union, refuse to continue this practice due to violation of ethical practices as defined in this Agreement.
