Common use of Article Expiration Clause in Contracts

Article Expiration. This Article 51 shall be effective through December 31, 2035 and shall be of no further effect on and after January 1, 2036; provided, however, that the provisions of this Article 51 may, to the extent applicable, continue to be used and applied on and after January 1, 2036 for the purpose of truing up amounts owed by the Agency to the State or by the State to the Agency for the calendar years up to and ending with calendar year 2035.
