Article I – Grievance Procedure. I.1 Should a dispute arise between the Employer and an Employee, or the Union, regarding the interpretation, meaning, operation, or application of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable, or where an allegation is made that this Agreement has been violated, an xxxxxxx effort shall be made to settle the dispute in the manner as described in this Article.
