Article I Terms. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary herein, the terms and provisions of Article I of this Supplemental Indenture shall apply only to the Notes and shall not apply to any other series of Securities under the Indenture and this Supplemental Indenture shall not and does not otherwise affect, modify, alter, supplement or change the terms and provisions of any other series of Securities under the Indenture, whether now or hereafter issued and Outstanding.
