Article Title: Savings Clause. A. If any section, subdivision, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or other part of this agreement is determined or declared to be contrary to or in violation of any state of federal law, by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this agreement shall not hereby be affected or invalidated.
