ARTICLES OF THE COMPANY. The articles of association of the Company as currently in force are set forth in a deed executed on the date hereof before mr. F. Xxxxxxx, a civil law notary in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, or his deputy, substantially in accordance with the draft attached hereto as Schedule 2.1 (“Amendment Deed”). The articles of association of the Company as amended pursuant to the Amendment Deed will be referred to as the “New Articles”.
