City’s Representative The City hereby designates Xxx Xxxxx, or his or her designee, to act as its representative for the performance of this Agreement (“City’s Representative”). City’s Representative shall have the power to act on behalf of the City for all purposes under this Contract. Consultant shall not accept direction or orders from any person other than the City’s Representative or his or her designee.
Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.
Management Team Subject to any approval or consulting rights of the --------------- Joint Operations Committee, Manager shall engage or designate one or more individuals experienced in dental group management and direction, including, but not limited to, an administrator, who will be responsible for the overall administration of the Practice including day-to-day operations and strategic development activities.

Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Project Representative City shall designate a Project Manager to represent City in coordinating this Project with Consulting Engineer/Architect, with authority to transmit instructions and define policies and decisions of City.
Business Representative You and your Representative individually affirm to Stripe that (a) your Representative is authorised to provide User Information on your behalf and to bind you to this Agreement; and (b) your Representative is an executive officer, director, senior manager or otherwise has significant responsibility for the control, management or direction of your business. Stripe may require you or your Representative to provide additional information or documentation demonstrating your Representative’s authority.
