As a ‘Child Student and/or Student Sponsor school we need to provide certain information to the Home Office. In order to comply with our responsibilities as a licensed Child Student and/or Student Sponsor for immigration purposes. For example, by providing information relating to your child's right to enter, reside and/or study in the United Kingdom to the Home Office (and to do so whether your child is a sponsored child or not). Such information may include information about your child’s immigration status, attendance records, and any changes in your or your child’s circumstances (including where your child is excluded, required to be removed, or this contract is terminated). Occasionally, information regarding your immigration status in the UK may also be required.
