Common use of As-Builts/Record Documents Clause in Contracts

As-Builts/Record Documents. No later than ten (10) Days prior to the date of the Substantial Completion inspection, CMR must deliver to A/E a copy of the BIM, CMR’s marked-up Record Documents, and a preliminary copy of each instructional manual, maintenance and operating manual, parts catalog, wiring diagrams, spare parts, specified written warranties, and like publications or parts for all installed equipment, systems, and like items as described in the Contract Documents for the Work that is the subject of the Substantial Completion Inspection.
