As to Contract Sum. Should the Program Manager disagree with the Design-Builder as to the amount of the adjustment to the Contract Sum and such disagreement is not resolved between them within seven days, the Owner, if it desires the Change Order work to proceed, may direct a Change Order for Force Account or Indeterminate Units.
