ASBESTOS HAZARD EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACT. (AHERA). All Contract work must meet all regulations set forth in the AHERA rule, which requires District approval of any work that could disturb the integrity of any Asbestos Containing Building Material (A.C.B.M.).
