Assaults on Employees – Reporting Crimes of Violence. A. Any case of assault on an employee shall be promptly reported to the site administrator or his/her designated representative. The Board agrees to provide legal counsel to advise the employee of his/her rights and obligations with respect to such assault and shall render all reasonable assistance to the employee in connection with handling the incident with law enforcement and judicial authority.
