Assessing Claims for Reimbursement. The Settlement Administrator shall have the sole discretion and authority to determine whether the prerequisites have been met in order to award Settlement Payment(s) to Participating Class Members; however, the Settlement Administrator may consult with Class Counsel in making individual determinations. The Settlement Administrator’s decision as to the validity of a submitted Claim shall be final. The Settlement Administrator is authorized to contact any Settlement Class Member (by email, telephone, or U.S. mail) to seek clarification regarding a submitted Claim prior to determining its validity. The Settlement Administrator may employ other measures of its choosing to minimize waste, fraud, and abuse, in consultation with the parties.
