Assessing job requirement. In the case of new positions the employer shall make a provisional assessment of the job requirement. The job requirement shall be assessed within six months of the start of employment. The job requirement shall be reassessed if a supervisor considers that the duties have changed to the extent that a reassessment is necessary in order to determine whether the requirement level must be changed.
