Assessment Districts. Landlord shall not voluntarily consent to or agree in writing to (i) any special assessment or (ii) the inclusion of any material portion of the Leased Property into a special assessment district or other taxing jurisdiction unless Tenant shall have consented thereto, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or unless Landlord agrees to pay the cost thereof.
