Assessment of capacity. 4.1 For the purpose of establishing the percentage of the relevant minimum wage, the productive capacity of the team member will be assessed in accordance with the SWS by an approved assessor, having consulted ▇▇▇▇▇ and the team member and, if the team member so desires, a Union which the team member is eligible to join. 4.2 All assessments made under this Appendix must be documented in an SWS wage assessment agreement, and retained by ▇▇▇▇▇ as a time and wages record in accordance with the Act.
