Excess Travelling and Fares. An employee who on any day or from day to day is required to work at a job away from his or her accustomed workshop or depot will, at the direction of the employer, present himself or herself for work at such job at the usual starting time, but for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from such job (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from his or her home to such workshop or depot and returning) he or she will be paid travelling time, and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between his or her home and such workshop or depot. An employee who with the approval of the employer uses his or her own means of transport for travelling to or from outside jobs will be paid the amount of excess fares which he or she would have incurred in using public transport unless he or she has an arrangement with his or her employer for a regular allowance.
Excess Travelling and Fares. 39.1.1 An employee who on any day at the direction of the Company is required to work at ‘such other site’ away from the Kurnell site (as defined) shall at the direction of the Company present himself/herself for work at ‘such other site’ at the usual starting time, but for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from ‘such other site’ (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from his/her home to the Kurnell site and returning) he/she shall be paid travelling time (38.2.1), and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between his/her home and the Kurnell site.
39.1.2 An employee with the approval of the Company uses his/her own means of transport for travelling to or from outside sites, shall be paid the amount of excess fares which he would have incurred in using public transport.
39.1.3 The provisions of this Clause has no application in the case where an employee covered by this Agreement is already in receipt of any travel mobility payments as prescribed within this Agreement.
Excess Travelling and Fares. An Employee required to start and/or finish work at Site away from the Employer’s Base Employment Site must be paid:
(i) any fares reasonably incurred by the Employee or which would have been incurred by the Employee had the Employee not used their own means of transport, which are in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between the Employee’s residence and the Employee’s Base Employment Site, provided that if the Employee used their own means of transport then excess fares need not be paid where the Employee has an arrangement with their Employer for a regular allowance; and
(ii) travelling time of:
A. the minimum hourly rate of the Employee’s classification if travelling on Monday to Saturday, or
B. 150% of the minimum hourly rate of the Employee’s classification if travelling on a Sunday or Public Holiday,

An employee who is required to work away from the normal workshop or depot will present for work at the usual starting time, and be paid • travelling time for all time reasonably spent travelling to and from that job (in excess of the normal travel time between home and work) and • fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between home and work. With the employer’s approval, an employee who uses private transport to travel to or from an outside job will be paid for the excess fares that would have been incurred using public transport, unless the employee has an arrangement with the employer for a regular allowance.
Excess Travelling and Fares. 37.1.1 An Employee who on any day or from day to day is required to work at a site away from the usual site shall at the direction of the Company present himself/herself for work at such site at the usual starting time, but for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from such site (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from his/her home to such usual site and returning) he/she shall be paid travelling time (sub-clause 37.2.1), and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between his/her home and such site.
37.1.2 An Employee, who with the approval of the Company uses his/her own means of transport for travelling to or from outside sites, shall be paid the amount of excess fares which he would have incurred in using public transport.
Excess Travelling and Fares. (i) An employee's usual place of work may be WASSF Xxxxxxxxx, Garden Island Naval Base, or any such place of work as defined by the Company as the designated base of employment at shift commencement. An employee who on any day or from day to day is required to work at a job away from their usual place of work shall at the direction of the Company present for work at such job at the usual starting time and shall be paid for any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between the employee's home and the usual place of work.
(ii) An employee who, with the approval of the Company, uses their own means of transport for travelling to or from outside jobs shall be paid the amount of excess fares which would have been incurred in using public transport unless they have an arrangement with the Company for a regular allowance.
(iii) An employee designated to commence shift at Garden Island Naval Base, shall be paid a motor allowance equivalent to 20km per day, in recognition for the unique circumstances of working at that location.
Excess Travelling and Fares. Where an Employer requires an Employee, other than a casual, to start work at a place away from the Employee’s usual starting point, the Employer shall pay the Employee: Where a Community Services Employee providing home care is required by the Employer to travel between two or more work locations in any one day the Employee will be reimbursed for travel expenses incurred for travel between the first and successive service points and will be paid at the appropriate rate of pay during travel time between the first and successive service points.

The company shall pay all travel fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between his or her home and such workshop or depot.

(a) An employee who on any day or from day to day is required to work at a job away from the employee’s usual place of work will at the direction of the employer attend for work at such place at the usual starting time; but for all time reasonably spent in reaching and returning from such job (in excess of the time normally spent in travelling from home to the employee’s usual place of work and returning) will be paid travelling time, and also any fares reasonably incurred in excess of those normally incurred in travelling between the employee’s home and usual place of work.
