Asset Guidelines. Seller shall promptly inform Administrative Agent in writing of any material modifications to the Asset Guidelines that relate to Non-Agency Non-QM Mortgage Loans and shall promptly deliver to Administrative Agent a complete copy of the amended or modified Asset Guidelines.
