Common use of Assets Register Clause in Contracts

Assets Register. The Grant Recipient shall maintain throughout the exit period of this Grant an asset register in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Grant Funding Agreement. The Grant Recipient shall not change the status of any asset without the prior written consent of the Department where such a change would either be viewed as a major change or would require repayment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Grant Funding Agreement.
