ASSIGNABILITY OF AGREEMENT. 10.1 Licensor shall have the right to assign this Agreement at its sole discretion. 10.2 Licensee shall not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Licensor, which will not be unreasonably withheld. Any attempt to assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Licensor shall, at the sole option of Licensor, result in the immediate termination of this Agreement. No partial assignment shall be permitted.
