Notice of Intention. Eligible bargaining Unit Members shall submit to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the appropriate administrator a Notice of Intention Form A (Appendix F) which can be obtained from the Office of Academic Affairs to apply for Professional Development/Sabbatical Leave prior to October 1 of the academic year prior to the year for which leave is requested.
5.17.10.1.1 A proposed plan for the Professional Development/ Sabbatical Leave shall be submitted in writing to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the appropriate administrator no later than November 15 of the academic year prior to the year for which the leave is requested. The plan shall provide sufficient information for the evaluation pursuant to Section 5.17.1 (Purpose), 5.17.2 (Criteria), and 5.17.3 (Professional Development Categories). Professional Development/Sabbatical Application, Form C (Appendix F). 5.17.10.1.2 At least twenty (20) calendar days prior to the November 15 deadline, the applicant must meet with the Xxxx or appropriate administrator to discuss the proposal. The Xxxx or appropriate administrator must attach to the proposal the written approval or disapproval that must state how the proposal meets, or fails to meet, the criteria listed in 5.17.2 herein.

a) the name and address of the Tenderer submitting the successful tender;
b) the Contract price of the successful tender;
c) a statement of the reason(s) the tender of the unsuccessful tenderer to whom the letter is addressed was unsuccessful, unless the price information in (c) above already reveals the reason;
d) the expiry date of the Standstill Period; and
e) instructions on how to request a debriefing and/or submit a complaint during the standstill period;

46.1 Upon award of the contract and Prior to the expiry of the Tender Validity Period the Procuring Entity shall issue a Notification of Intention to Enter into a Contract / Notification of award to all tenderers which shall contain, at a minimum, the following information:
a) the name and address of the Tenderer submitting the successful tender;
b) the Contract price of the successful tender;
c) a statement of the reason(s) the tender of the unsuccessful tenderer to whom the letter is addressed was unsuccessful, unless the price information in (c) above already reveals the reason;

Notice of Intention to take a childrearing leave must be made within sixty (60) days prior to the time that leave is scheduled to begin.

A Notice of Intention shall include a statement that (i) the Company is considering entering and operating the Business in a New Territory and (ii) the estimated timeframe for commencement of operations in the New Territory. For the avoidance of doubt, other than as set forth in the sub clauses (i) and (ii) above, a Notice of Intention shall not include any details about the Company's entry plans (including, but not limited to, strategy relating to the roll out of Company operations in such New Territories); provided, however, that such information as may reasonably be necessary to evaluate such Notice of Intention may be provided on a “counsel only” basis.
