ASSIGNABILITY OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement is a personal contract and the rights and interests of Employee hereunder may not be sold, transferred, assigned, pledged, encumbered, or hypothecated by him. When applicable, this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employee and his personal or legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees and legatees. The Company may assign its rights pursuant to this Agreement, in its sole discretion.
