Assignability of Option. This Option may not be transferred or assigned by the Optionee otherwise than by will or the laws of descent and distribution.
Assignability of Option. The Optionee may sell, assign or otherwise transfer the Option or any of its rights under this Agreement to any Affiliate in the Optionee's discretion. In the event that the Optioned Shares are transferred from the Optionor by operation of law (e.g., by dissolution or levy) or transferred to an Affiliate of the Optionor prior to the Termination Date, such transfer of the Optioned Shares shall be subject to the terms of this Option.
Assignability of Option. The Option is personal to the Participant. The Participant may sell, assign or otherwise transfer the Option or any of its rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company.

Assignability of Option. The Company may assign any of its rights under this Agreement and the Option Exercise Agreement. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Company. Subject to the restrictions on transfer set forth in the Plan and the Option Exercise Agreement, this Agreement shall be binding upon Holder and Holder’s heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns.
Assignability of Option. To the extent this Option is not an ------------------------- incentive stock option as defined in Section 422 of the Internal Revenue Code, interests in the Option shall be freely transferable and assignable.
Assignability of Option. The Option is not assignable; provided however the Option may be assigned to a permitted assignee of the existing Lease if assigned concurrently with an assignment of such Lease to such permitted assignee.

This Option may be transferred or assigned by the Optionee only to family members, trusts for the benefit of the Optionee or for the benefit of the Optionee's family members, other entities for the benefit of the Optionee, by will or by the laws of descent and distribution. Other than these enumerated entities, the Option may not be transferred by the Optionee.
Assignability of Option. The Option herein granted to Lessee may be assigned by Lessee to Affiliates described in Paragraph 17 above. Except as otherwise provided in this Paragraph 31.C, the Option herein granted to Lessee is not assignable separate and apart from this Lease and may not be exercised by anyone other than the successors or permitted assigns of Lessee.”
Assignability of Option. Tenant shall not assign this Option. In the event an assignment is attempted, Tenant’s rights under this Agreement shall automatically and immediately terminate without notice.
