Common use of Assigned, Promoted or Reclassified Clause in Contracts

Assigned, Promoted or Reclassified. 26.3.1 An Employee assigned, promoted or reclassified in accordance with the Collective Agreement to a higher paying position shall be placed in the pay grade in the new classification which is at the same step. 26.3.2 The date of promotion to the new classification shall become the anniversary date for application of the salary progression. After three (3) months at the higher rate, the Employee shall be reclassified at that rate.

After three (3) months at the higher rate, the Employee shall be reclassified at that rate.
