Assignment by CFS. (i) Subject to clause 22(a)(ii), CFS may only assign, encumber, declare a trust over or otherwise deal with its rights under this Agreement, or novate its obligations under this Agreement, with the prior consent of the Supplier, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
