Assignment by System Owner. Section 18.3.1 Subject to Section 18.3.2, System Owner may, with the consent of Host Customer (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld), assign its interest in, and be released from its obligations under, this Agreement to an assignee, as long as the assignee shall expressly assume this Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof.
