Assignment Compensation. Those teachers participating in CCP shall be members of the Riverside Local Education Association; however, in the absence of a qualified or interested bargaining unit member, the District may use outside personnel to teach CCP courses provided that it does not result in reduction in force. Bargaining members participating in CCP will receive a stipend equivalent to 1% of the base salary as defined in Article XIII section A of the negotiated agreement for each separate CCP class taught.
Assignment Compensation. This contract is based on the salary schedule currently in effect. Negotiable items set forth herein will be adjusted in compliance with any agreement reached between the District and the Wellpinit Education Association. If the event agreement is not reached and upon final board action, an appropriate amendment incorporating changes approved by the board will be implemented. It is agreed that this contract is based on expectation of full and complete services. If the employee should not fulfill such service because of extended illness, resignation, or because the team/event/activity is canceled during the season, the remuneration will be a per diem payment for services rendered to that time. It is also agreed that the employment under this contract shall be subject to the statutes governing the public school of the State of Washington and to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures of the district and the State Board of Education. It is agreed that all deemed done forms shall be turned into the District Business Office for pay before August 1, 20 . It is further agreed that this agreement does not commit the employee or the district beyond August 31, 20 This contract agreement does not become effective until said employee satisfactorily completes a background check if required and fulfills all other requirements for the position. Assignment Compensation. Effective July 1, 2008 a supplemental DB assignment bonus shall be established as seven percent (7%) of the employee’s base hourly rate for all patrol officers assigned to the Detective Bureau. Any purported assignment, delegation or other transfer in violation of this Clause 19.1 is void. You acknowledge that your assignment, delegation, or other transfer of this Agreement will not relieve you of your obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement binds and inures to the benefit of the Parties and their respective permitted assignees and successors.

  • Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.

  • Termination Compensation Termination Compensation equal to two (2) times the Executive's Base Period Income shall be paid to the Executive in a single sum payment in cash on the thirtieth (30th) business day after the later of (a) the Control Change Date and (b) the date of the Executive's employment termination; provided that if at the time of the Executive's termination of employment the Executive is a Specified Employee, then payment of the Termination Compensation to the Executive shall be made on the first day of the seventh (7th) month following the Executive's employment termination.

In order to comply with FATCA, insurance companies and intermediaries must meet certain legal requirements. Insurance placed with an insurance company that is not FATCA compliant may result in a 30% withholding tax on your premium. Where FATCA is applicable to you, in order to avoid this withholding tax, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx will only place your insurance with FATCA-compliant insurers and intermediaries for which no withholding is required unless you instruct us to do otherwise and provide your advance written authorization to do so. If you do instruct Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx to place your insurance with a non-FATCA compliant insurer or intermediary, you may have to pay an additional amount equivalent to 30% of the premium covering U.S. - sourced risks to cover the withholding tax. If you instruct us to place your insurance with a non-FATCA compliant insurer but you do not agree to pay the additional 30% withholding if required, we will not place your insurance with such insurer. Please consult your tax adviser for full details of FATCA.

  • Extra Compensation 1. CTSO Advisors will be paid twenty-five ($25) per hour (capped at eight (8) hours per day) for non-discretionary CTSO activities (e.g., conferences, conventions, and competitions) involving students on days not scheduled as part of the regular school year calendar.
