Assignment Differential. Job classes assigned to work in the jail will receive a ten-percent (10%) assignment differential for hours actually worked in the jail.
Assignment Differential. A five percent (5%) additional salary differential over base pay shall be paid to all Members assigned as a motorcycle officer. A twenty percent (20%) salary differential over base pay shall be paid to all Members assigned to detective position. An assignment differential of twenty percent (20%) is for the purpose of taking on increased responsibilities. The Chief of Police and/or his designee will develop an on-call schedule for all individuals assigned to the investigations unit on a rotational basis. When a detective sergeant has been placed on-call, he is expected to be able to respond to the department within one hour and carry a pager during the on-call assignment period (maximum one detective on-call at a time). All assignment differentials shall be approved in advance by the Chief of Police. The assignment as stated above shall be noted on the Member time card.

Assignment Differential a. An assignment differential in the pro-rated annual amount indicated below shall continue to be paid to any Photographer or Senior Photographer regularly assigned to perform and to instruct designated City personnel in medical photo-micrography and photo-macrography. The payment of such differential shall continue only during the period of such assignment. The payment of such differential and any specified assignment on which it may be based shall not be construed as an advancement to any higher title, and any such assignment is revocable at any time. Assignment Differential. Effective upon ratification of this agreement, any fifty-six (56)-hour employee assigned to work a forty (40)-hour week, will be paid a 7.5% differential. To be paid the differential, the following conditions must be met: 1. The assignment must be made in writing by the Fire Chief or an Assistant Fire Chief. 2. The assignment must be longer than three months. 3. Any employee covered will be moved to a forty (40)-hour workweek by Personnel Action Form. 4. This differential is not to be paid for employees who are temporarily assigned to administrative duties or on light duty or related assignments. 5. Assignment Differential. An employee who is assigned to work at DESC shall be paid thirteen dollars and five cents ($13.05) per hour for the duration of his/her assignment. Employees who are assigned to work at DESC will not receive pay differentials while doing chore work, but will be entitles to pay differentials while working with XXXXX clients.

  • Night Differential An employee shall be paid a night differential, bi-weekly for hours worked between midnight and 7:00 a.m. at a rate of $3.00 per hour. Night differential worked during overtime will be paid at one and one-half (1 ½) times $3.00 and on statutory holidays at two (2) times $3.00.

  • Shift Differential A. Shift differential will be $.60 cents per hour. B. Employees eligible for shift differential are those whose work shift begins before 6:00 a.m. or ends on or after 7:00 p.m. and are scheduled by their supervisor for a total shift of at least six (6) hours in duration. This shift differential shall not apply to those employees who have requested and have been granted flexible work scheduling.

  • Night Shift Differential Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below: A. Employees shall qualify for the first night shift pay differential of forty (40) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift falls between 6 p.m. and 12 midnight. B. Employees shall qualify for the second night shift pay differential of fifty (50) cents per hour where four (4) or more hours of the regularly scheduled work shift fall between 12 midnight and 6 a.m. C.   • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour.   • Price Differential a. On each Business Day that a Transaction is outstanding, the Pricing Rate shall be reset and, unless otherwise agreed, the accrued and unpaid Price Differential shall be settled in cash on each related Price Differential Payment Date. Two (2) Business Days prior to the Price Differential Payment Date, Buyer shall give Seller written or electronic notice of the amount of the Price Differential due on such Price Differential Payment Date. On the Price Differential Payment Date, Seller shall pay to Buyer the Price Differential for such Price Differential Payment Date (along with any other amounts to be paid pursuant to Sections 7 and 34 hereof), by wire transfer in immediately available funds. b. If Seller fails to pay all or part of the Price Differential by 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the related Price Differential Payment Date, with respect to any Purchased Mortgage Loan, Seller shall be obligated to pay to Buyer (in addition to, and together with, the amount of such Price Differential) interest on the unpaid Repurchase Price at a rate per annum equal to the Post Default Rate until the Price Differential is received in full by Buyer. c. Seller may remit to Buyer funds in an amount up to the outstanding Purchase Price of the Purchased Mortgage Loans, to be held as unsegregated cash margin and collateral for all Obligations under this Agreement (such amount, to the extent not applied to Obligations under this Agreement, the “Buydown Amount”). The Buydown Amount shall be used by Buyer in order to calculate the aggregate Price Differential, which will accrue on the aggregate Purchase Price then outstanding minus the Buydown Amount, applied to Transactions involving the lowest Pricing Rate. The Seller shall be entitled to request a drawdown of the Buydown Amount or remit additional funds to be added to the Buydown Amount no more than one time per week. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that a Margin Call or other Default exists, the Buyer shall be entitled to use any or all of the Buydown Amount to cure such circumstance or otherwise exercise remedies available to the Buyer without prior notice to, or consent from, the Seller. Within two (2) Business Days’ receipt of written request from Seller, and provided no Margin Call or other Default exists, Buyer shall remit any portion of such Buydown Amount back to Seller.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours. SECTION 2: Employees must work a minimum of 3 (three) hours in order for shift differential to apply.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment The Appointing Officer shall adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose compensation grade is set herein subject to the following conditions:

  • Transfer Premium If Landlord consents to a Transfer, as a condition thereto which the parties hereby agree is reasonable, Tenant shall pay to Landlord fifty percent (50%) of any “Transfer Premium,” as that term is defined in this Section 14.3, received by Tenant from such Transferee in any particular calendar month, which amount shall be paid to Landlord immediately following Tenant’s receipt of the same. “Transfer Premium” shall mean all rent, additional rent or other consideration (including, without limitation, key money, bonus money or other cash consideration but excluding any payment for assets, inventory, equipment or furniture transferred by Tenant to Transferee in connection with such Transfer) payable by such Transferee in connection with the Transfer in excess of the Rent and Additional Rent payable by Tenant under this Lease during the term of the Transfer on a per rentable square foot basis if less than all of the Premises is transferred, after deducting the reasonable expenses incurred by Tenant for (i) any changes, alterations and improvements to the Premises in connection with the Transfer, and (ii) any market rate, third party brokerage commissions incurred in connection with the Transfer (collectively, the “Subleasing Costs”); provided, however, that if, at the time of any such sublease or assignment, Landlord determines that the foregoing “Transfer Premium” formula may result in the receipt by Landlord of amounts that the Landlord may not be permitted to receive pursuant to any requirements, obligation or understanding applicable to Landlord, the parties agree to enter into an amendment to this Lease which revises the “Transfer Premium” formula in a manner that (x) is mutually agreed to by the parties and (y) does not result in any material increase in the expected costs or benefits to either party under this Section 14.3.
