Common use of ASSIGNMENT OF ARTIST'S CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT OF ARTIST'S CONTRACT. The EMPLOYER agrees that the Standard Artist's Contract for Employment between the EMPLOYER and any ARTIST may not be assigned or transferred to any individual or corporation unless the written consent of AGMA and the ARTIST concerned shall have been endorsed on the face of the contract. The transfer of said individual contract without such written consent shall be deemed null and void.

The contract or on the transfer of said individual contract without such written consent shall be deemed null and voidassignment thereof.

The contract or on the transfer of said individual contract without such written consent shall be deemed null and voidassignment thereof.

AGMA will not unreasonable withhold its consent if such assignment or transfer is made to an entity of which the principals of Iron Mountain Production, Inc. or the Producing Office, Inc. are managers or general partners. The transfer of said individual contract without such written consent shall be deemed null and void.

The EMPLOYER Employer agrees that the Standard Artist's Contract for Employment between Individual Artist Agreements entered into by the EMPLOYER Employer and any ARTIST Artist may not be assigned or transferred to any other individual or corporation corporation, nor shall those contracts be binding upon any such individual or corporation, unless a written agreement permitting such assignment is reached among AGMA, the written consent of AGMA Employer, the Artist and the ARTIST concerned shall have been prospective assignee and endorsed on upon the face of the contract. The transfer Such restrictions shall not apply, however, in any situation where the assignee is simply a restructured or reorganized version of said individual contract without such written consent shall be deemed null and voidthe Employer.
