ASSIGNMENT OF ARTIST'S CONTRACT. Executed Individual Artist's Contract may not be assigned or transferred unless the written consent of the ARTIST concerned, the MANAGEMENT and AGMA shall have been endorsed on the face of the contract or on the transfer of assignment thereof.
