ASSIGNMENT OF ARTIST'S CONTRACT. ‌ The Engager agrees that the individual contracts of engagement between the Engager and any Artist may not be assigned or transferred to any individual or corporation unless the written consent of Equity and the Artist concerned shall have been endorsed on the face of the contract, or the transfer of said individual contracts without such written consent shall be deemed null and void.
