ASSIGNMENT OF DEBTS. 2 Unless this Contract is followed without interruption by another contract between the Parties hereto 3 for the same services and substantially the same scope, at the termination of this Contract, 4 CONTRACTOR shall assign to COUNTY any debts owing to CONTRACTOR by or on behalf of 5 persons receiving services pursuant to this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify by mail 7 address to which payments are to be sent. Payments received by CONTRACTOR from or on behalf of 8 said persons, shall be immediately given to COUNTY. 9
