Assignment of Deputies. In the assignment of deputies, the Sheriff’s Department shall use whenever possible, deputies who request for duty assignment within the City. In those instances where there are an insufficient number of deputies who volunteer for duty within the City, then the Sheriff or the Sheriff’s designee shall determine who shall be assigned for duty.

The Company and its Subsidiaries have taken reasonable security measures to protect the secrecy, confidentiality and value of all of their intellectual properties, except where failure to do so could not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Subcontracts The contractor or subcontractor shall insert in any subcontracts the clauses set forth in paragraph (1.) through (4.) of this section and also a clause requiring the subcontractors to include these clauses in any lower tier subcontracts. The prime contractor shall be responsible for compliance by any subcontractor or lower tier subcontractor with the clauses set forth in paragraphs (1.) through (4.) of this section.
