Assignment of Exhibit Space. Assignment of Exhibit space is within the sole discretion of Show Management. Show Management will endeavor to assign space in the order requested or assign equivalent available space. Floor plan and space assignments are subject to change by Show Management without notice to Exhibitor.

In the event that an exhibit space “Draw” is implemented for space selection, Show Management will set guiidelilnes, oversee the procedure and have sole dis- cretion in making adjustments or judgements on the space selection.
