Assignment of Interest in this Agreement by the City. The City agrees that it shall make no assignment or pledge of any interest in this Agreement and shall be bound by any decision by the Owner to redeem the Bonds pursuant to the terms of the Indenture. Additionally, upon payment in full of the Bonds, the City shall no longer certify the Special Assessment upon any real property in the Transportation Development District.
