Common use of Assignment of Monies Due Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Monies Due. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Contractor may, upon written notice to Customer, assign monies due or that are to become due under a Statement of Work, provided that no such assignment may impose upon Customer or Users any obligations in addition to or different than those set forth in this Agreement or the subject Statement of Work, or preclude Customer or Users from dealing solely and directly with Contractor in all matters pertaining to this Agreement or the subject Statement of Work, including the negotiation of amendments and the settlement of disputed invoices.
