Assignment of Monies Due. As provided in Section 22.2 of the Master Agreement, Contractor may, upon written notice to Customer, assign monies due or that are to become due under a Statement of Work, provided that no such assignment may impose upon Customer or Users any obligations in addition to or different than those set forth in the Master Agreement, this SOW or the other Statements of Work, or preclude Customer or Users from dealing solely and directly with Contractor in all matters pertaining to the Master Agreements, this SOW or other Statements of Work, including the negotiation of amendments and the settlement of disputed invoices.
