Assignment of Related Services Staff. The District Nursing, Therapists, and Counseling and Social Worker leadership teams will, by the first meeting of the school year, be given a report by the Executive Director of Special Services regarding the assignment of SLPs, OT/PTs, psychologists, counselor/psychologists, 6-12 counselors and nurses in the District. When making assignments for SLPs, OTs/PTs, psychologists, nurses, 6-12 counselors and counselor/psychologists, the District will make every reasonable effort to minimize the number of sites served by any individual employee and will consider caseload numbers and the distance between buildings.

  • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing.   • INDEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State except in the following circumstances, when such income may also be taxed in the other Contracting State:
