Assignment of Substitutes to Routes. The first week of the school year a sign up sheet will be posted for drivers who are available to be substitutes. The substitutes will be awarded routes in rotation of seniority. If a high school route and an elementary route are available then both routes shall be assigned in rotation to the next seniority driver available. If only a high school route or an elementary route is available that route will be assigned to the next seniority driver in rotation.
